On the 16/01/2014 our electric cable was we reported the matter at eskom hammanskraal and they gave us the telephone to call and the reference to do the follow ups but when we phone they send us from pillar to post... what do we need to do to fix this problem??? ref no: 112624323... pole no: 04a02 house no: 924HV box: no 806E
