We went to upgrade on my girlfriend's phone at vodashop hattfield. She decided to take the galaxy S4 and when we got it, they told us that the phone has a 7 day guarantee and if there is any problem on the phone, we should take it back and we would get a new phone. So on the third day we took the phone back, because it froze all the time and the screen did not respond when we touched it. They took it and sent it to samsung to test the phone. When we got the phone back, it did the same thing. Then werner at vodacare hattfield told us that the samsung S4 does it and it would stop after a while. I said that i want a new phone and he just told me that we won't get one because there is nothing wrong with the phone. I took the phone and left. Now after 4 months the phone freezes and switches off all the time. So what am i supposed to do now? How is samsung going to fix this? I can not believe that he would tell me that there is nothing wrong when i know there is! My girlfriend goes on the road alot by herself and won't even be able to phone someone when she is in trouble! This is the worst phone i have ever seen and the worst service i ever recieved!
