CK Coachworks a COMPLETE RIP OFF & Worst Service

My insurance told me the car will be fixed by CK Coach works an and it should be done within 2 weeks. CK Coach works took a week with the quote. CK Coach works took something like 2 weeks to get my parts, coming from JHB (I dont think it can take that long) They kept miss informing us to when the job would be done. At the end of 4 weeks, they proceed to tell us there was something wrong on the right hand side of my car and insurance will not pay for that damage (my car has been to the dealer for services) the receptionist was rude, unfriendly and abrupt to my grampa - she said there was something wrong and insurance wasnt going to pay and also it was a very expensive part, my grampa informed her he does not care how much it costs but would like to know what is exactly wrong with the right hand side. then CK Coachworks came back saying their mistake - nothing wrong with the right hand side it was the part the JHB dealer sent them that was wrong. It was been 6 weeks that my car has been with them and only now is my car ready. It has been the biggest issues and inconvenience for me and my family. Never once did they offer me a courtesy car after having it for 2 weeks. WORST SERVICE!!!
