METER KEYPAD SCREEN IS NOT WORKING - BLANK

On the 27 Dec 2013 we called Eskom (Ref no.111470160) to tell them that the meter keypad is not working, they came but no assistance. And we contacted Eskom again on the 31/12/2013 (Ref no. 111750486), no response from Eskom. Tried again on the 13/01/2014 (Ref no.112441775), Eskom sent one of their electrician (Titus), Eskom Van registration no. BC 64 BL -GP. However he was unable to assist us as he stipulated that Eskom does not have new keypad (electricty meter) yet, as has been installed by Cosmopolitan in our house. And they are not trained how to use this new keypads (meter) by Eskom.

As per Cosmopolitan Protea Glen extension 26 contractor (Kobus), advised us to sent email to Cosmopolitan Project Manager (Emergency complaints department) to liaison with Eskom as they agreed to install this new keypads. However till today there is no response and it is already the end of January 2014 we are unable to see our units on this new Eskom keypad as the screen is dead. I really do not know what to do as I need urgent attention on this stretching matter. Eskom and Cosmopolitan are sending us from PILLAR to POST. It is shocking what they are doing to innocent customers.
