We have been having continuos problem with our electricity supply for the past three months. Our electricity supply has a problem and we need urgent assistance. It goes off every 10 minutes and causing some of our appliances to have sparks when power comes back. This problem is affecting -30 houses and when calling eskom call centre they tell you the call has been closed as per the field technician who has repaired the cable, yet no one came to resolve the issues. I have been reporting this matter on your helpdesk. Below are the reference numbers:110591538, 110515904, 110036014, 109871192.The Team leaders of the helpdesk refuse to speak to us on the phone they will tell you they always busy and that they will make sure they call you. An email was sent to [Email Removed] informing them of the problem to date no one bother to call us I have also reported the matter to Eskom crime with houses suspected to have bridged electricity reference number 741013.
Electricity is suppose to be basic need for every citizen and yet we getting bad service just for them to come assess the problem with our
cables and service them if it needed.
