Stil no response

After I have contact you about the poor response from HPCSA, they have responded and ask for more information to deal with my case. I have provided it to them early December 2013 and since then had no further response. All I am asking for is an explanation why the can not register me instead of ignoring me. Surely that is not to much to ask.
