HPCSA ignore the public - part 3

Since writing on 09 January and again on 21 January, there is still no response from anyone at the HPCSA. It seems the one document being requested has mysteriously disappeared, just like the service ethic of the HPCSA. So before the "Service Delivery" team send me another email asking for the details... here you go; Ref: PS 0028088/1697550. Awaiting a copy of the practitioner's offical explanation to the complaint.
