WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD HYUNDAI BRYANSTON!

I just got a call from Victor and Phillip from Bryanston Hyundai stating that they have already delivered the vehicle to someone else that we reserved and were promised.

They said that we had the car finance approved and DEFINITELY reserved. We managed our entire business around getting this vehicle from them on time. Victor then without notifying us sold the vehicle to someone else. Our business was completely relying on this vehicle to be delivered to us. We have thus been negatively affected in our business by this.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I AM FURIOUS!
IT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I don't know how they can even run a business at all if this is how they treat their clients.

THEY HAVE COMPLETELY MESSED US AROUND!

No apology given by them and no solution sought.
