Can't get a straight answer out of anyone!

I had an accident more than a month ago. Virgin Insurance referred me to Automagic in Durban for the repairs. From the start of the claim, each time I phoned I was told someone would get back to me and each time I had to phone back. It has taken over a month to get a door to replace the damaged one! I have had to keep phoning to check what was going on! Nobody could give me a straight answer! After my car went in last Monday I was told it should take 4 - 5 days. I was also told I would get an sms keeping me updated and no sms! Each time I phone I'm given a different day that the car will be ready. Sometimes they can't find record of my car. This is getting very frustrating!!
