Terrible Service

My car went in for repairs to automagic. I was told it would be ready in a week and the client liaison lady would keep in contact with me. She never contacted me i had to always call her to find out what was going on and still then she didn't know and had to call me back. Her stories where always different to what was told to my insurance. when i eventually got my car back it was returned with a old spare tyre which they had used to replace the damaged one and a dent on the bonnet and the fender they fixed not even lined up properly. They told me they would send me photos that day it has been 3 weeks and i am still awaiting the photos. and if my car passed quality check like that i would hate for anyone to send there car there. Shocking shocking service.
