BMW SMG CAPE TOWN UNETHICAL!

Wanted to buy a 328 BMW from SMG Cape Town. Agree on trade for my car, sign all the papers and get finance approved on the vehicle. Without me knowing, they financed the 328i for R40k more than what the OTP said. Finance got approved at the inflated rate from where they came back to me and said sorry, we cant offer you R260k for your trade but only R220k...

With finance approved i really wanted the vehicle and said fine, I will settle for R245k trade but wont drop to R220k. They said R245k trade was fine (confirmed this in mail with sales manager CC'ed - so it seemed legit), typed a new OTP, made me sign it and then requested I pay R4k holding deposit to secure a spot for the vehicle on the truck.

I signed the OTP with a new deal based on my R245k trade (confirmed in writing on mail) and paid the R4k... hour later my phone rings, sorry, we can only do the mini at R220k because the guys who covered the car retracted the offer... The guy who "retracted" the offer is SMG Mini, a dealership owned by BMW SMG...

AVOID THIS UNETHICAL BMW DEALER AT ALL COST!!!
