Visit these guys for the worst experience ever!

You would think that in the current global financial conditions people will go out of their way to sell a new car, but not the "dedicated" team at Mitsubishi Germiston!!!

Dealt with Andrew for the first while of our dealings. There was no work to be done by the dealership, we knew exactly what we wanted - spend 15 minutes on a test drive and said we were willing to buy a new vehicle subject to a trade-in on our old. We got an estimate of R 260k but knew that was a stretch too far so we decided we will accept R 240k.

They have a financing scheme in place and after some deliberation Andrew committed to R 230k on the scheme and R 240k outside the scheme. - we accepted the terms, instructed Andrew to arrange finance, trade-in and source the new vehicle.

2 weeks later we find out he is in hospital and followed up with the sales manager. All was still in order except the said they will not offer more than R215k for trade-in as there was no commitment in writing. So much for sticking to your commitments and word!

Needless to say we'll never, ever consider a Mitsubishi again and I will strongly advise anyone else not to either based on this shocking level of backtracking and service
