New BMW 3201 i F30

I bought my brand new BMW 320i from Kunene Brothers in Sandton late last year 2013 and the car has 5000klm on her now...
I have had problems with this car from day one... I have taken the car back to Kunene 4 times now and they say they have checked the car out and there is now much they can do further...
I have posted a video clip of one of the problems on the car and put it on Youtube ... [URL Removed] (will try and catch the others faults on video too)

TYRE NOISE
WIND NOISE
ENGINE NOISE
USB - SELECTION OF SONG -? (when you click on the back button it goes all the way back to the very beginning)
AIRCON - COMES ON AUTOMATICALLY (when you leave the car and switch off the fan and aircon and then start it again in the morning /aircon comes on automatically)
PDC stays on in pack mode...
PDC - BEEPS IN NEUTRAL (This has been sorted out now)
GEAR CHANGE - ECO MODE JERKS
BLUETOOTH - CELL PHONE CONNECTION - CONNECTS OCCASSIONALLY - VERY SLOWLY (takes sometimes up to 10 min to reconnect)
