Frauds - they want more money

Got a quote to 'fix' my washing machine and after a week they came to fix it. This was at the end of November 2013. The guy fixing it came late, and we only did a short wash to test - I was to do a normal wash that night to see if the machine was working. It wasn't as it made the same noise. I immediately emailed them and they came the next day to tell me that there is another motor that needs to be repaired. I am telling them that I wont pay more as the initial part to be fixed was supposed to be the fixed part - I have paid them R 1440 already, they want another R 600 to again fix my machine - they are frauds, making me pay more than once and I refuse!!! The 'manager' wont even give me a name for an owner. Do I spend the extra money or not?? I spent so much already. Makes me sick! DO NOT USE THEM until they work fairly with customers. I doubt they are even man enough to respond. Awful service.
