Unethical and bad customer service

Electronics and household app.

LG customer care referred me to their service provider GALTRONIX and I logged a call for a faulty washing machine. Atto came over and informed me that the machine's motor needs to be replaced. He said he will call to provide the price. I was asked to pay the call out fee of R470 which includes labour for fixing the machine which I indicated that it will only be paid when the machine is fixed and he insisted mentioning that the company won't place an order for the motor if I don't pay. I eventually did. I called on a Monday and he informed me that he has placed an order and will be fixing the machine the following day. A week is gone and he does not have the decency to update me on any progress nor take my phone or return my calls. I have been calling everyday and even left a message with the lady at the reception but am getting no joy. I need just one favor, refund me my money so I can find another service provider to fix my washing machine. My laundry is piling up.
