I purchased some photobooks online from groupon and their partner Bk photobooks in October 2013. The money was immediately debited from my account. when trying to download the software from bk photobooks I realized that a file of that size could not be downloaded within 2 seconds. also the file was nowhere to be found on my computer. i needed assistance...

i tried to contact bk photobooks on each and every number that was supplied, but to no avail. as if the company was/or is no longer in existance. furthermore I sent several mails to groupon notifying them of my problem, also just to be referred back to the "bogus" bk photobooks. calling groupons call centre was again a futile attempt, all I recieved was empty promices.

the deal expires on 22 January 2014 and what happens then?

does accepting money and not honouring the deal not constitudes as?
