Sent my LG dishwasher in the first week of september to the company who are approved agents for LG for a service & check.

Herewith email i sent to them

I am really disappointed at the lack of service & professionalism experienced in dealing with your company!

I sent my LG dishwasher in to you for repairs & service on the 12 september 2013, ref job number RNE130904028336.

I paid an amount of R1788-56 & received my machine back from you a few days later, I think on the 17th september.

When I switched on the machine for the first time the next day, it is making a loud noise while washing the dishes, this noise was not even there before the machine was sent to you, so how does a machine go to you for repairservice & come back in a worst condition?

I have called your offices numerous times but no one has had the courtesy or decency to call me back!

I want my machine to be sorted out & in an acceptable working condition, as a matter of urgency, or else you leave me no choice but to take the matter further!

Paid another 478.80 for another part they say was damaged, machine still not fixed.

i have paid almost R 2500, could have bought a new one
