Money taken, washing machine broken again

Washing machine repaired, R650-00 paid immediately. 3 Washes later machine had same problem, broke again. They promise to come and sort out the problem, but never pitch. Day after day I have been waiting!!! (as someone with a back problem, it is not easy to wash a family's laundry by hand!)
