Out right criminals!!!

I paid in full for my washing machine to be repaired in early December and it still has not been fixed. They came to repair it whilst I was at work and even cash from a money jar at my front door. The machine won't even turn on now, which wasn't the case before I called them. They don't respond to any emails and are avoiding answering any of my calls and voicemails.
