Bad Service and no follow up

I am now at my wits end with BMW Northcliff they truly do not understand the meaning of customer service. And on top of that my car spent 9 days in the workshop over December and absolutely no difference to the car. I took it in for a service on the 5th December and only got it back on the Friday the 6th at 6pm as it took them from 2.30pm to 5.30pm to come and fetch me from my home not even 3kms away. When I got in my vehicle immediately I noticed the radio would not switch on and my bluetooth was not working. It was too late to do anything so I left it until the Monday and as I was away in the Pilanesburg (drove from Johannesburg with no radio) I took it back on the Tuesday they kept my car until the Friday morning when I collected it only to be told there was nothing they could do the amp had gotten wet and they needed to replace it but could only order parts in January. When they did a follow up to see if I was happy with the work done on my vehicle and I said 'NO' the manager phoned to ask me to please bring the vehicle in again so they could try do something for me. I took it back on the 19th they kept it until the 24th and surprise surprise nothing was done. Still no
