I handed my vehicle in for his 50 000 km service on 23 January 2013 and I asked that you look at the airbag light that went on. I received my car back that sam afternoon. I drove off and realised that the radio have no radio stations that set up and that the volume knob do not work. This entail that I am not able to increase of lower the volume of the radio nor can the base, balance or any other changes be made. I phone your service station again and was asked to bring the car back. Unfortunately I had to go to a meeting and could not afford to be late. An arrangement was made for me to bring the car in on the Friday - 25 January 2013. On the 25th we wer informed radio is not under warranty and that we must accept the problems we have or pay R4000 for a new radio to be installed. I however refuse to accept this and after several calls and messages got an email resonse from Johan Diederiks saying that the radio do not fall under warrenty. I gave a my car in for service WITH A FULLY OPERATIONAL radio and got it back faulty. Why should i accepte it like this? I expect the dealership to accept responsibility and repair the faulty radio on their cost.
