Unhappy with the Radio

I bought a car from VW Braamfontein, the day when I Collected the vehicle was on the 12 December 2013. when I arrived at the dealership I met up with the lady called Laura who took me through my contract which I then signed.
I then proceeded to see my new vehicle this was then done by the lady who sold me the vehicle Octavia. When she was taking me through I realized that the radio had no USB or AUX port. She then told me that the original radio of the vehicle was removed and the standard radio had to be installed. But the original radio would come with the AUX port which I don't have and this make my car not compliant that is why my control on the steering don't work on the radio installed what's the point of even having those controls that don't work and its a brand new car, What frustrate me the most is the fact that I was never told about this only found out after I had signed the contract is this the way VW does business.
When I tried to take it up with VW SA they told me that I need to take it up with the dealership and the reason I had to take it up with them was the fact that the manager of the Braamfontein branch has a very bad attitude. I am not happy with their service.
