What a bad service

I wake up early in the morning to send my car for service i arrive early so that my car can be first car to be attended to, i was first to arrive for service. I left my car waited for them to call me once done, but no i only got calls saying i must add money, i had to phone them ask them are there done about 3pm and been told car was finished long time ago. I waited for there drive to fetch me from 3:30pm he only got to me at 4:50pm. I phone service manage. I was told the car to fetch me was just a favor so i must not take it bad. What the is that, if i was told at first place i would have fetch my car.
