I took my vehicle in for hail damage on 10th January 2013. The lady there told me that the repairs will take - 10 working days. When I phoned them around the 23rd they informed me that the standard time for hail damage is between 10 and 15 working days. I phoned them the following Tuesday to find out what is going on. They informed me that the Vehicle is in for spraying and I can collect on Friday. When I arrived at the car there was extra marks in the car. Assembly was a mess as I had to put the window rubbers back correctly. There was a chip where they took out a dent and all the parts wasn't replaced and I found out that the car was never in for spraying (one more lie). I didn't take the Vehicle as it was not done correctly. I Collected the car the next week Friday 8th February. The windshield was not replaced and there was two clips missing in the vehicle. The people that assembles that vehicles was bored so they stuck stickers on my windscreen and mirror. I was promise that they will order and give me a call so that I can take the vehicle in to fit them. Guess what NO ONE PHONED ME AS YET. Not a surprise if I look at the good service record on Hello Pete
