My insurance took my car to twin city auto craft in vanderbilpark after it was involved in an accident and they repaired it but not perfectly instead now it has water and oil leaks, the painting is not up to scratch, the headlights are defective and they overcharged me and they are blaming it on me for "neglecting" my car after paying a lot of money for it and now im stuck with a defective car. can somebody advise me as to what to do since my lawyers said i should wait for my insurance which is dragging their feet while my car is getting damged. i feel so ripped off and i want to take action fast since i have all the proof i need to defeat these people legally
