Audi selling damaged cars

I bought a second hand Audi A5 in December 2013 from Audi centre Pinetown and after delivery I found a whole lot of faults and damaged parts. Some of the damages will cost several thousand Rands to repair.
I have reported the faults telephonically and have sent numerous emails to the sales person and it's been more than a month now without any response from Audi centre Pinetown.

Audi is quick to sell you a car but their after service is pathetic!
