They just don't care

Auto & General approved the dent repairs for my Kia and I booked it in with Panelcraft, Aylesbury Road, Bellville. When the vehicle was delivered I did not scrutinise the repairs as it was Friday afternoon and I had a shop full of customers to attend to. Only later that afternoon did I have a chance to inspect the repairs and spray work.

I noticed that although they quoted to have repairs done to the roof, they never did. Also, the reverse sensors beep continuously meaning that the sensors were spray painted and not covered before spray painting the rear bumper. There were also some minor things they never did like fitting back my air lift coil fittings, cleaning the inside of the car (it was covered in a white powdery dust) etc.

I sent Ray an email on 21 May to inform him and asked that they please come and collect the car and finish their job, especially the roof section as water leaks will occur. It has been two weeks since I sent my email and have not had any response from anybody at Panelcraft. All I can assume is that they have received their payment from Auto & General and just don't care.
