Incapable of resolving a twin call issue

On the 27th of May 2013 I upgraded with a new iPhone and a twin call package. I have been in to the store on several occasions for them to try and resolve this issue. The problem is that Cell C twin call package is not functional. My primary number is off and then the calls are supposed to be routed to the secondary number, THIS IS NOT HAPPENING. The Auto page branch in Witbank has gone as far as giving me a new Sim card but the problem is with Cell C head office, this has been reported to the IT department. Here is a Ref number Task: 257284 and Thato was going to come back with an answer (T Mashaba). I am at the point were I'm going to shove this phone up somewhere.
