Dishonest

My name is Camille and just to be as open as possible i am going to put down the email that was between me and the motor dealership. This is also the complaint it reads as follows.

'My name is Camille, am writing this mail in regard to the polo that was sold to my father Thomas Smeers, the above mentioned car is the car that was sent to us as an advertisement as the car that we will be buying and the car that was showed to my father but just found out last week that it is not the car that we have. I also find this as a very dishonest move. Also sent Vincent a mail this morning still no reply from him.
The car that we have gave us some problems over the few weeks that we have it. Vincent also asked us to send him a quote because there are a few things that was not on the car and in the begging he mentioned to my father that the Toyota wheel caps will also be replaced but never heard from him again after I sent him the email. My father was also not informed that the car that we have was involved in an accident, that we found out on our own (due to the different blue on the car and some other advice).
