A bunch of with NO customer Service

I wanted to buy a car. We went to visit zeda in Kempton Park and I found exactly what I wanted. We told the salesman to book it for us and he sent us all the papers we needed to fill in. My finance was approved in 1 day and the moment I sent it to him, he called back to say "sorry, the car has been given to someone else, and we don't have anything else available right now." Surely they tell you not to even bother going through the steps as they will give the car to anyone else that comes to have a look at it? I am very disappointed with the way the salesman has dealt with this and this has left an extremely bitter taste in my mouth about Zeda carsales. They should seriously start thinking about how to increase the customer service! NOT HAPPY
