Hi,

I am Saikiran Nalla and I am writing this is to complaint about the bad experience i had with Lindsay Sayker.
I took my car for a service and I found no difference after car is been serviced. Any vehicle will have a difference after service. Actually reason i have to go to rivonia branch because i had bad experience last time in malibongwe branch, but this rivonia branch is worst than malibongwe branch. I have paid 3500 and I received of service. car was not washed properly, i have not received any of my old spares, I have requested to check the petrol consuming (Mileage is low) but they did not even looked into it. Performance wise, no improvements.

Until Q3 of 2011 i was driving toyota and I had no problems and Since I started driving VW i am having all this problems. I did not expect this kind of service I receive from VW in South Africa. I would not ever never recommend VW vehicles to any of my colleagues, friends, Relatives in south africa
