My father came down to visit us in Nelspruit and while we went shopping at ilanga mall, he found himself at Dion WIred. There he met the most amazing man. The store manager met him at the door and started chatting with him like they were old friends. He never pressured him into buying, just showed him the great Tvs and wet his apetite for the great stuff in their store. Then when my father asked if he knew where he could buy watch parts in this town, the manager took the time to draw him a map and explain exactly where the store was that he could go to. My father was wowed by this interaction and says he will always head to the nearest Dion if thats the type of people they employ. Thanks Dions for such a great experience for an old man.
