I am utterly disgusted with well I can not even call it an service.

If I were to phone any one of your company's employees and promising the world I would expect the world.

We have been in an so called waiting Period since November whereby one of your consultants promised an Phone Delivery Within 7 days.

Well that never happened and about 21 days later we received the phone which was exchanged 2 days later due to its popularity and service issues by doing one single google search on the product in question.

During the conversation with Roxy on the 19th of December we were promised the world again after several attempts to cancel the transaction we were promised again and again about several alternative options with regards to different phone types and on top of that another 7 day turnaround promised we opted for the S4 mini which all of a sudden has been out of stock since beginning of December.

I would like to know not from the plep picking up all the mails but from a Director of the company why you promise the world after you know you can not deliver any promised items in time.

You are training all of your staff to become the worlds greatest liars, congratulations!!!
