I ordered flowers to be delivered to my parents on the 21st December for Xmas as we cannot be together. No flowers delivered.
5 emails sent on Sunday 22nd and Monday 23rd for a response to be received very late Monday afternoon - sorry for the delay but this was due to a technical issue with the florist email and fax! Promised me a delivery today 24/12/13. Email sent asking how would they have known they were not delivered if I had not chased them and what compensation were they offering - no answer!
24/12/13 - no flowers delivered and no answer to my email or phone calls!
To say I am absolutely devasted is an understatement and I have sent an email demanding a full refund and an explanation - we will see if anything transpires from this. Shocking service and one very disappointed and upset customer!
