Let down on Xmas Eve - zero communication!

I have had 2 previous deliveries of horse food from this company - no problems experienced. Last week Wednesday, I placed another order with them and they said they were coming to my area that day and would therefore deliver that day. They never arrived. I phoned them the next morning to see if they had forgotten my order but they replied that the truck had been too full for my order but they would deliver on Monday. They phoned me back later to confirm my delivery address - apparently their driver thought that I was further away from them than I actually am. I confirmed the address and they confirmed that the delivery would be done on Monday. Again, they never arrived. I called them the next day - today which also happens to be Christmas Eve. Oh no, they would not be delivering to me at all because they had decided that I was too far away. They have strung me along for a whole week and never bothered to communicate with me at all. I now have 2 horses without food over the Christmas period. I have left a message for the boss, Mark, who needless to say has not bothered to call me back. If I had known this a week ago, I could have made another plan...
