Green flowers not ready to sold... undergrown!

I recently ordered a set of lillies with the above company online advertised on their online shopping website as "a ray of sunshine", they were supposed to be delivered to my loved one on the 20th of december 2013 but they were delivered on the 21st december 2013 at about 15h00. The delivered product was not what I had ordered which was a pot planted set of green not ready to harvest flowers which looked like lillies. I was very specific on my as I even personally called Kariemah who assured me that we were on the same page. This has costed me my reputation, encouraged that I had not personally picked flowers. The same day I contacted via email the company at question demanding a refund or some form of compensation but up to this date I have not received any correspondence from these guys. I have lost my faith in a company that I have trusted over the years because of the bunch of incompetence people that they employ.
