They do not provide same day delivery. It is a lie

I placed an order for purchase and delivery of a bouquet of flowers for R555
to be delivered to a person on that same day 30th of March. It is now April 2nd and I recieved a message stating that my flowers were only going to be delivered during the course of this afternoon. This is unacceptable, they promise 'same day delivery' services on their website. I am absolutely enraged with this pathetic services, I have paid and been debited ..They should have been delivered on the 30th of March as promised!! Do not use this florist courier service, it is unreliable.
