Don't delive

My husband is overseas and ordered some flowers to be delivered to me on the 13th February for Valentines day. This order was placed on the 2nd FEBRUARY already and he received an email confirming his order from them.
Up until today 23 February no flowers arrived! He sent 2 emails to enquire about this, I sent an email and phoned them 3 times already. No good response!
On Thursday they explained that their phones were out of order and promised another bouquet of flowers. Nothing arrived here yet. And as you can see they don't reply on emails nor answer their phones regularly. They don't even respond to complaints on this website!
I am afraid we are going to lose the money we paid to them. I definitely will never recommend this company to any one.
