Kelvinator Oven 3 days old blows and does not work

We bought our oven and gas hob on friday 20 December. It was connected and I was keen to try my first baked pasta dish. We turned it on to heat the oven and after 3 minutes we notice all our plugs and appliances in the kitchen is off. we turned the plug switch at the main on again and it was completely dead. i hope his is sorted as it is one day away from Christmas. I want a new one or my money back.
