SA Post Office
Still waiting for my overnight delivered mail

Hi

I've been waiting for my parcel from the Speed Service at the Post Office, I call the call centre and a lady called Morongwe told me the drive will be here before 11:00am, I called again an hour later and still no driver, yet she called him and he said he was a few minutes away, its now 15:00 and still I dont have my parcel, that was paid for, for me to receive today.

I'm not sure if this driver is just lying or something else is at play here, someone's not doing their job and I want to know why.

I feel its unfair for me to pay for a service and no get it as promised.

PLEASE HELP.
