Terrible Service

I orderd an item from Cape Town and paid for overnight delivery to Johannesburg. The parcel was dispatched from CT yesterday and arrived this morning in Jhb. I just phoned the call centre and they can't give me an indication of when this item will be delivered. The call centre agents are no help at all!

This is unfortunately the second time that I'm using Skynet and every time I pay for overnight delivery and the parcel is only delivered to me two days later. There is a reason people pay for overnight delivery and they expect it to be delivered the next day.

Really Skynet!!! Your service is terrible! Start doing something about it!
