Last night on the 25 September 2013, i booked an OVERNIGHT express delivery to Nigel in Johannesburg. When i delivered my parcel at the cape town depot lastnight, i was advised by Ebrahiem that my parcel will be delivered the following day and i paid the overnight express rate! Today the 26 September 2013, my parcel has not arrived and the call centre claims that it will take two days to deliver my parcel, because its a regional area, none of this was mentioned when i dropped off the parcel and they made me pay a higher rate! The call centre (spoke to Androneeka in JHB depot) logged a query on their system and said someone will call me back within 30 mins, they called back and couldnt even track my parcel or tell me exactly when it would be delivered. This is unacceptable, Dawnwing staff is incompentent and should be trained on giving the correct information to customers! This parcel was urgent and has affected my reputation!
