Terrible service and don't care attitudes!

*Original email* I brought my CDJ 200 in for a full service on the 19th of October 2013 & was told (about 3 weeks after) that they will notify me as soon as they are contacted by the people who are responsible for the repairs & I must just be patient because I am not so special, there are a lot of repairs being done by them... another 2 weeks later I was told they can fix it for the amount of R2200, I said sure go ahead. It is now the 18th of December 2013 & I am STILL waiting..??? What the heck is going on, why have I not been contacted by you guys to inform me about the progress (or lack thereof)...!? I am done waiting & believe that I gave you guys more than enough time to respond to my queries. I will be coming to collect my deck (fixed preferably) on Saturday the 21st of December 2013, so please have it ready for me. I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Soundselect Edenvale & can by no means recommend that anyone go & support you guys! Please contact me ASAP with info on what's happening.
