Disgusted once again

I have been fighting for months to have a car fixed.

My name is Matthew Tuinder, i have bought a lot of business to this branch in the past two years the staff even know me.

I bought a citroen picasso in for repairs in the beginning of February 2013, the repairs were not done correctly so i had to book it in again which was 4 months later on the 25th June 2013.

I phoned this morning 9 July 2013 to come collect the vehicle and apparently the vehicle has not been touched they are still waiting for the dent presser to come fix it.

This is unacceptable, the service at Renew It Edenvale is so terrible that i would not recommend anyone to send their vehicles there.

My director wants his car today and it is not ready but have to fetch it anyway because he has no other means of transport.

I want this vehicle fixed.
