Ripp off

Good Morning,

a few weeks back I brought my Renault for service and repairs and for both I was charged almost R12000.00 its only been a few weeks and the car is still giving the same problems it was giving before I brought it to you guys for repairs,

I only use the car during weekends during the week I use the bus, this Saturday I went to the garage to fill up and I asked the guys to check water and oil for me. they told me that the oil is dirty and that water and oil are mixing. I was surprised by this because its been about 3 weeks since the car is back from repairs.

This is not the first time this is happening the last time I paid almost the same amount but the car gave me problems after a couple of weeks.

I must say im very unhappy with the service that you have provided me.

I always bring my car to Renault because I trust you but I must say im very disappointed.

i wouldnt recommend anyone to take their car there they rip people off and on top of that they have very bad attitude, my car is still not fixed after paying such a big amount. they dont even bother responding to emails
