Complete lack of service - NO CALL BACKS!

My vehicle was damaged sometime last Oct 2012. I took the vehicle to Renew it Randburg for a quote. I had to follow up on the quote before receiving it.
The claim was authorized by the insurer in November, but i was never called to book the vehicle for the repairs. When i contacted my broker, they advised that i should contact Renew it to book the vehicle. 10 Dec i contacted Veronique who advised that i needed to contact Jacqui Smuts to book in my vehicle, which i did.
Only after a second mail, cc'ing in my broker and and did i get a response two days after my initial mail.
The vehicle was then booked in for repairs on the 10th of January 2013, and i took the vehicle in. I was told the repairs would take between a week and 10 days.
Yesterday 15/10/2013 i called Renew it to follow up on the progress of the repairs, one week later. I was told to speak to Collin as he would be the person responsible for updating me on the repairs.
When speaking to Collin i was advised that they will still waiting for parts!! Furthermore, Collin promised to get back to me, I am still waiting for the call. i am totally disgusted by the lack of service. I would really like someone to respond asap
