Pathetic Service From SAU

I met in an small accident (knocked a dog) on the 6 december 2012 and my useless Insurance company sent someone to have a look at the car so my car went in for repairs around the 8 december and i only got the car back on the 28 of january 2013 the guys where the car went in for repairs said that the insurance company only approved on the 18 january and when i went to fetch the car there was a few things wrong so therefore the car could not start so from my pocket i had to pay an extra amount for the car to be repaired and when i went home on the 29th of january the car was smoking so badly and was making funny sounds and i was not able to drive the car and when i called head office they where rude and told well there is nothing they can do and thats my problem so i sent my car back in for repairs as they then told i must send it in and they will have a look at it so that was sent on the 04 february 2013 and todays date is the 07 february 2013 and the guys at the repairs place said no one came to do an assessment on the car thats just poor i mean will i get my car back next year!!! I NEED HELP TO TAKE THIS COMPANY UP
