I sold my vehicle in July 2012, yet Sanral now recovers this vehicle from my account as the user has not registered. I logged a query and was told to wait 3 - 5 working days. Followed up and again was told they need to escalate to see how to resolve this, yet I have to keep funding my prepaid account. The service is pathetic to say the least and when the complaints department called, they could not provide me with any details, answers or actions that will be taken and cannot transfer my call to a manager. To make matters worst, they confirmed the vehicle was deleted from my account but still gets deducted. THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE!!! I have to keep on funding my account - so much for a world class system???
