Fix my account so I can log-in into my account

When I log into my VPC account 10032055996 it logs-in but the system automatically logs into another account 10029674677. I have tried calling the call centre but they don't know how to fix and say it can happen, well it does, every time!! I log in with the one account details but it automatically logsin into the second account, my vehicle is not linked to this account at all so I cannot pay. The first account is my vehicle registered in my name, the second account is my wifes vehicle registered in her name. We have one email address so the same email address was used when applying for pin in VPC.
Either link the two accounts and have both vehicles in the same account or fix the system so I can access my account.
