SANRAL website not working!!!

SANRAL's website not functional for 3 days now. I have not registered, will not register but have used a third party's vehicle in Gauteng. I want to pay the tolls used on this vehicle, but have not been able to contact SANRAL by phone or Internet to ascertain what is due!!
